Most days I wake up and I am soo tired that I really dont want to get out of bed.
I just feel so drained that all I want to do is be in some comfortable clothes and just relax.
Before I had a baby I would wake up everyday, pick out a cute outfit and do my hair and makeup.
But now when you see me, I am most likely going to be in some sweat pants or leggings,
my hair is up, and there is no makeup on my face.
I just don't have the energy to do all of that anymore, at least not daily.
Sometimes I take a look in the mirror and say "Wow I look like crap.”
Take some time to do something you enjoy that makes you feel good!
Things like:
Picking out a cute outfit for the day
Putting on some makeup
Styling your hair
Going out and getting your nails done
Go on a little shopping spree
Whatever it may be make sure you make some time for it, you deserve it and you need it!
Because taking time to do what makes your soul happy will also give your body that postive energy it needs!
